Individual
Counselling
Our individual counselling sessions are provided by Tara (they/them), an Accredited Social Worker & Sex Therapist.
They offer a safe, confidential and supportive space for you to unpack and explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges.
Sessions are offered in person in Nundah, Meanjin/Brisbane or online Australia-wide via telehealth.

Community
Workshops
Our community workshops are available online and in person, and cover a variety of topics relating to neurodivergence, healthy relationships, sexuality, intimacy and kink.
Groups will be running at set dates throughout the year. Please see our Humantix page for more details.

Training
Our practitioner training is available online and in-person if your organisation is based in the Meanjin, Brisbane area and surrounds.
Trainings cover a variety of topics relating to sexuality, intimacy, kink and LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent inclusion.

Living Authentically Counselling are committed to working from a trauma-informed approach, a social justice framework and an intersectional (queer and trans inclusive) feminist lens. We believe in the value of your voice and your autonomy, and are here to walk alongside you on your journey. We pride ourselves on engaging with evidence-based and neurodivergent-affirming therapeutic modalities to support your in achieving your goals.

Our mental health practitioner Tara has lived experience of being an Autistic ADHD'er, queer and non-binary. They will show up as 'unmasked' during their sessions with you, and will make sure to allow for any accommodations you may need (eg. sensory adjustments, alternative forms of communication, taking breaks).
