Sessions are are held either in person at our office in Nundah, Meanjin/Brisbane or online Australia-wide via an encrypted telehealth platform.

In your first few sessions, your practitioner will work with you to identify goals that you would like to see achieved through counselling, and then they will collaboratively make a plan with you on how they can work with you to achieve them.

The following sessions will be led by you, and your practitioner will listen to you without judgement, and will provide therapeutic interventions, strategies and resources tailored to you to support you on your own journey.
