I offer professional supervision services to reflect on neurodivergent & LGBTQIA+ affirming practice, navigate workplace challenges, support ethical decision making and explore new strategies for providing person-centered and trauma-informed support.

My Approach to Therapy
I am an Accredited Social Worker & Sex Therapist, and have lived experience of being a queer, non-binary AuDHD'er.
I am committed to working from a trauma-informed approach, a social justice framework and an intersectional (queer and trans inclusive) feminist lens.
I believe in the value of your voice and your autonomy, and am here to walk alongside you on your journey. I pride myself on engaging with evidence-based and neurodivergent-affirming therapeutic modalities to support your in achieving your goals.
I will show up as 'unmasked' during our sessions together, and will make sure to allow for any accommodations you may need (eg. sensory adjustments, alternative forms of communication, taking breaks).
